Kloqly ("we", "the Service") is a staff scheduling and shift-management application. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it — including data we access through Google.
If you choose to connect your Google account, Kloqly requests permission to your Google Calendar in order to write your shifts (and, later, time-off and notes from the app's calendar) as events in your calendar.
Kloqly's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for any purpose other than providing and improving the Service, and we do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to operate the Service or as required by law.
To provide the Service, sync your shifts, send relevant notifications, and improve the product.
We retain data while your account is active. When you delete your account or disconnect Google, we stop accessing your calendar data. You can request deletion at snoam5000@gmail.com.
Google access tokens are stored encrypted, and access is limited to operating the sync.
